Our testing methodology
Every product we recommend is used in an editor’s own home for at least four weeks before review. We rate on five axes:
- Sustainability — material, plastic content, refillability
- Durability — wear, breakage, lifespan
- Usability — daily friction, cleaning, storage
- Material safety — food-grade, fragrance, certifications
- Value — cost per year of use
Final eco score (0–10) is a weighted average. Items below 6 are not published.
